In the heart of Uganda and her youth,
A silent cry echoes of rights denied and voices hushed,
Soaring high in shadows cast by power’s sly.
Exploited, voiceless, their stories untold,
Dreams crushed in the hold of injustice,
Rights discarded, like leaves in the cold.
But amidst this darkness, a flicker of light,
Youth awakening, ready to fight,
For justice with all their strength,
In the face of oppression,
Trying to ignite the glowing splint, Of what belongs to them.
Together we’ll strive, together we’ll fight,
To end the violations, bringing things right.
As the youth of Uganda, let’s pave the way,
Towards a more brighter day.
In the land of the pearl, where hope should thrive,
Let’s ensure the youth’s rights come alive.
With courage and unity, we’ll break the chains,
And empower the youth, erase their pains.
Let’s spread awareness in the face of oppression,
Let’s ignite the flame, For human rights in Uganda, we’ll reclaim.
In the echoes of our voices, let justice ring,
For the youth of Uganda, let freedom sing.
