MuemAction Post Leads Community Research on Governance, Development and Citizens’ Aspirations

Research is essential in understanding people’s needs and aspirations. It provides evidence to inform better policies and inclusive development.

MuemAction Post is delighted to have our Executive Director, Boniface Harrison, who served as the Lead Researcher in a study by the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) in Kibera and Mukuru kwa Reuben, exploring governance, development, and citizens’ aspirations.

Our Programme Coordinator, Brenda Senkenoi, Chairman Chipoli and Johnson Ong’any from our partner organisation, Saabiko Group of Friends, played crucial roles in supporting the fieldwork.

We thank ELGIA for the trust and support and all participants for their contributions. Images have been blurred and sharing minimised to protect participants’ privacy and confidentiality.

We remain committed to research, advocacy, and community engagement for people-centred development.
